I recently took a trip to check out posible retail space for crookid9 . This one is in South Utica not a gem but its got potential.
Pros: Prime location I really like this area, down the street from the famous Uptown Theater in historical South Utica, nice size, big windows, and ample room around the back and side. Not to mention right off Genesee St.
Cons: Next door is a restaurant, and needs some work on the outside.
I think upstairs is office space. Im gonna see if they will show it this week sometime.
On to the next spot….

With the coffee shop on the corner, the blakan across the street, and the opening of the green onion pub on the other side of the uptown this is a real great spot for hitting ppl that I think are in your demograph.
